MONSTER HUNTER RISE da Capcom, assim como outros jogos foram apresentados na mais recente apresentação de vídeo Nintendo Direct Mini: Partner Showcase. Outro jogo Monster Hunter anunciado durante a apresentação, MONSTER HUNTER STORIES 2: Wings of Ruin, pede aos jogadores que se tornem um Monster Rider e embarquem em uma aventura de RPG cheia de monstros populares da série.
